In this talk I will show the potential of the recent high energy neutrino data to explore
new physics. After a general motivation I will focus in detail in three relevant recent results: Search for sterile neutrinos, constraining on non-standard neutrino interactions and new physics implications in the astrophysical neutrino flavor.
