Description

The study of fragmentation of light or heavy quarks (like charm or bottom) into hadrons is a common denominator in the physics programme of electron-positron, electron-hadron and hadron-hadron colliders. In this talk, I will first present recent results for heavy quark production in electron-positron collisions at NNLO+NNLL accuracy. I will then move to consider lepton-hadron scattering and I will present the newly computed NNLO QCD corrections to semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering coefficient functions. Finally, I will consider associated vector boson plus hadron production at hadron colliders and I will show some preliminary results for the LHC.
