Room: TUM, Physics Department, Garching. Room: PH 3344, (5101.01.344) In this talk I will introduce the ALARIC Parton Shower. After a short summary of basic concepts behind Parton Shower algorithms and criteria for NLL accuracy, I will delve into the various design choices behind ALARIC. After discussing our proof of NLL accuracy, I will show numerical tests as well as comparison to LEP data. Finally, I will give an overview over more recent developments.
