Abstract Submission / Registration

Abstracts submission precedes registration.

Please submit your abstract through this link.

We will make a selection. Those who will be selected will be sent a registration and payment link.

We are doing our best to carefully review all abstracts as fast as we can. Note that this time the venue space is strictly limited to 65 participants in total. This means that we unfortunately have to be very selective.

As regards the payment, our Early-Bird Rate of 380€ applies for those who submit their abstract before the 28th of February, after which the Regular Rate of 420€ applies.

The registration will close on the 31st of March.

Note that Black Holes & Cosmology 2026 overlaps with this year's New Horizons in Primordial Black Hole Physics (NEHOP'26) meeting (at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland), which has been planned independently and the scheduling overlap couldn't be avoided. If you cannot come to our meeting, we highly encourage you to consider participation at NEHOP.

Note also that, slightly later, from the 20th – 31th July 2026, The Phenomenology of Primordial Black Holes meeting will take place at the Mainz Institute for Theoretical Physics at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany
