DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Maria Polackova (University of Edinburgh)\n\nResearc
h in scattering amplitudes currently rests on two main pillars: the differ
ential-equations approach and the analytic bootstrap. Differential equatio
ns have enabled state-of-the-art predictions for present-day collider expe
riments\, with recent developments pushing towards three-loop QCD correcti
ons. At the same time\, conventional differential-equation methods face th
e challenge of finding simpler bases of master integrals and bringing the
corresponding differential equations into an epsilon-factorised form. The
analytic bootstrap offers a complementary and potentially transformative p
ath forward. Its central idea is to exploit constraints on scattering ampl
itudes from fundamental principles such as analyticity\, causality\, local
ity\, and unitarity. Together\, these principles drastically restrict the
space of functions an amplitude can evaluate to\, allowing us to tackle c
ases where traditional methods become prohibitively difficult. A central r
ole in this program is played by the Landau equations\, which determine t
he singularity structure of Feynman integrals. In this talk\, I will revie
w recent progress on the Landau bootstrap of Feynman integrals and show ho
w these methods can be applied beyond Feynman integrals.\n \n\nhttps://in
