MEETING MINUTES:

We discussed the internal parts of the clover detector that was revealed
when the group at ORNL opened one. Alexis will check if the lines in the data
that are missing in the Monte Carlo are due to Si in G-10 plates outside the
crystal.
Jason and Yuen-Dat outlined their plan for the pulse-shape simulation. They
are working on an abstract interface that will be complete in a few weeks.
David indicated that there is new version he is working on that is in C. Kevin
has looked in the AGATA code. Some of it home-written and some is done in
Matlab.
Reyco has resuscitated the reference design paper. Mike is incorporating
the changes to his paper from Reyco and awaiting comments from Jason. Alexis
and Rob have distributed theirs for comments.
Reyco is performing some simulations to check and verify the Geant 4
neutron package. There was a discussion about whether the AmBe paper should wait
until we better understand Geant 4â^À^Ùs shortcomings. It was decided to take this
discussion offline between Reyco, Alexis, and John.
Everyone agreed that the Classica logo that was distributed was
their favorite.
Kevin reminded Reyco that he still owes him his section of the MaGe paper.
