We will discuss two possible ways to generate
the Dark Matter and the baryon asymmetry from a single
decaying particle, in one case as a co-genesis mechanism
in the other within an asymmetric DM scenario.
In the first case the DM is very very weakly interacting
and decaying, while in latter case a sufficiently strong
DM annihilation, possibly due to the Sommerfeld enhancement,
is needed to erase the symmetric component.
The two models lead to different signatures at colliders,
astrophysical measurements and neutrino experiments.
