Purely numerical approaches to quantum corrections

The traditional approach of computing virtual quantum corrections analytically reaches its limits when the number of kinematic variables
becomes large. In this case, purely numerical approaches are advised.
In this talk I will review the benefits and the challenges of a purely numerical approach. Towards the end I will discuss causal loop-tree duality at the level of amplitudes.
