There is overwhelming evidence for invisible mass in our Universe at almost all astrophysical scales, unexplained by known particles.This has motivated a comprehensive search for the particle identity of this “Dark Matter”. In this talk, we review the accumulated evidence for Dark Matter, theoretical origins, and describe efforts towards identification of its particle nature - especially some new ideas and hints for Dark Matter, and conclude with an outlook for the future.
