In addition to the setups for series testing at MPP, Bonn, Goettingen, and HLL will keep their setups alive to be prepared for testing of more problematic modules and debugging.
Hans proposed to set up a test stand for testing during temperature cycling. This is desirable and MPP will investigate the availability of a climate chamber.
Details of the series testing have still to be defined, as well as acceptance and grading criteria. A more defined test plan will presented at the next PXD meeting.
From the electrical point of view, according to the specs the cable is well suited for our application. The final assesment can only be done once a detailed schematic of the system, including DHE interface, is available. As a first step a block diagram will be provided by Igor. After a review, the final schematics will be drawn.
The cable is specified to be halogen free, although not certified. According to Christian Kiesling after consultation with Markus Friedl, this is suffcient for the acceptance in Belle II.
The issue of the magntic properties will be assessed by Stefan and Carsten.
Mechanically, cables and connectors fit well into the dock box.
The bumping of the setup batch went well. A few smaller issues have been discussed at a face-to-face meeting in Berlin.
The larger batch of chips has been handed out to IZM to start with series bumping. At the moment there is no alternative method to get the chips bumped. The Switcher bumping is the driving factor for the module assembly schedule at the moment.
DHPT1.2b will arrive at IMEC 20.12., expected at Bonn after the Christmas break.
There was no clear understanding, what he tasks of a "DAQ coordinator" really would be. Soeren will talk to KEK DAQ group for a better understanding of their expectations.
It was generally understood that there is a need of a PXD DAQ representative located at KEK for Phase II installation and operation. Ths person remains to be found.
There was a request from Igor to have a multi (5) module test setup for DHH/Onsen system. For this, the operation of Persy beyond the test beam has to be secured and the the number of modules at Persy has to be increased. The realization of this plan depends on the availablity on the modules in the first place.
