The conference site is at the Ringberg Castle located near the lake Tegernsee in the Bavarian Alps south of Munich.

The accommodation in the castle includes a full pension board, i.e. the initial reception and all breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners will be provided in the castle. The accommodation fee has to be paid directly at the castle. The price for the castle services can be found here together with the payment instructions.
There are 35 rooms in the castle. 10 of them are double rooms. Rooms will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. So, please register as soon as possible. If the number of participants exceeds the lodging contingent of the castle, late registrants and participants which do not stay during the whole workshop period will be accommodated in a hotel nearby. In this case the accommodation has to be paid at the hotel and the board fee at the castle. A shuttle from the hotel to the castle will be provided. If you want to stay in the hotel, in case that all single rooms in the castle are booked, please specify it during the registration procedure.
Arrival/Departure and Shuttle service
From Munich main station take a Regional-Express train till station Tegernsee. For your convenience, there will be a shuttle bus starting at the Tegernsee train station on Sunday afternoon. If you need to be picked up during the workshop, please specify at the registration. On Wednesday 11.04. after the workshop, another shuttle will depart after lunch to the train station in Tegernsee.
