Internal Seminar: simulating neutrinos in solar indirect dark matter searches

One of the ways of searching for dark matter is through indirect signals from coannihilations in the Sun. We discuss and compare the two main ways of treating the propagation of such neutrinos from the solar core to an Earth based detector with emphasis on how they are equivalent and in what situations they are preferable.
