Unconscious bias within academia

This talk will explore implicit biases within academia, with a particular focus on physics, and how these biases can affect our perceptions, actions and decisions. We will present evidence based approaches for addressing biases and discuss how effective interventions can be developed within physics departments, via collaborations between scientists and diversity experts.
