There is an excellent web page of the Ringberg Castle which provides all relevant information about the Castle, how to reach it, and the accommodation there.
There are 34 guest rooms with shower or bath and telephone; 7 of them are usable as double rooms. At full occupation 40 persons can be lodged; additional rooms should be reserved by the organizer in Rottach-Egern or Kreuth. Working and dining rooms are prepared for conferences with at most 60 persons. Externally lodged guests can take their meals at the castle.
