1.)
There is no major road block to starting the module production. The first production batch will be 2 sets of modules of PXD9-7 which will be used for phase 2. The start date depends on the availability of the SWBs and DCDB4.2, DHPT1.2b  is already now available. The expectation is that the DCDs and SWBs will be available in about 2 weeks. The FC at IZM will be scheduled accordingly.

2.)
The tests of the first batch of DHPT1.2b is almost done, currently about 160 good chips are available. After some discussions it was decided to order 4 more wafers from DHPT immediately after a successful test of the chips on the PXD9-EMCM2 modules (a set of EMCM-like PXD9 modules with the final chipset at the EOS). After tests of phase 2 modules in the second half of May, it will be decided how many chips are to be ordered for a possible spare PXD.

3.)
As soon as the first results from the bumped SWB2.1 are available, 400 more chips will be sent to IZM for another bumping run. The unbumped chips are available at MPP.

4.)
The standard series testing at MPP is being set up. Most critical is the development of standard scripts for the various tests. This will be developed by a task force from Bonn, Goettingen and Munich. Test vehicles, PXD9 modules with functional matrix to be operated from remote, will be located at PERSY as well as at one of the test stands at MPP.
An issue is the fact that Christian Pulvermacher is leaving the PXD crew, Benjamin offered that Harrison Schreeck takes over the software support.

5.)
Due to Stefan's illness, the services are on a critical path. Possible solutions have been discussed. The general strategy is reduce as much as possible the workload on Stefan once he is back.
PatchPanels: MPP is taking over the design
Dock Box PCB: Hans looked into Stefan's current desgin variations. There is no obvious "final design" that can be used as starting point for a fast re-design to incorporate the changes discussed at the services meeting at MPP. Stefan is needed to discuss the current status and understand the starting point.
Power Supplies: status was not clear at the time of the meeting
PP assembly: Christian will try to find out which company did the assembly of the old versions of the PPs. A meeting with this company is needed to discuss the assembly of the PPs.

6.)
Ladder assembly is progressing, dummies are being built. MPP has enough dummies to qualify the procedure. A review will be held at the Ringberg meeting at the latest. Ladder mounting to the SCBs has still to be practiced, tools have to be built. Tooling will be supplied by MPP, the mounting has to happen at DESY, where the commissioning of the half shells will take place. The schedule of the tooling is not clear yet but it was understood that this has to have priority now.

7.) Plans at Persy and ONSEN  have been discussed, slides are available at the indico side.

8.) DHH could not be discussed. This has to happen in the next meeting, but preferably at one of the weekly meetings
