This is an introductory course to FPGA programming, targetting physics students from the Bachelor and Master programs at TUM.
The course will cover:
- Basics of digital electronics
- Basics of boolean algebra
- Introduction to FPGA devices
- Introduction to VHDL programming
- Working with Xilinx FPGAs
The course will also include practical examples, that will be run on Xilinx learning boards.
