The safety and health of our workshop participants is a top priority. Currently, there are many new COVID-19 cases with the numbers expected to grow even further in the next few weeks. Accordingly, we recommend to all participants in our workshop to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Moreover, we will recommend all participants to wear a mask when seated in the MPP main auditorium. Of course, no masks will be possible during coffee breaks/lunch/reception/dinner. We recommend each participant to do a rapid antigene COVID-19 self-test before departing towards Munich. At the MPP we will offer such test kits for each participant to allow for the possibility of individual self-tests before entering the main auditorium.
In light of the uncertainties related to the COVID-19 pandemic, it may be advisable to book train/plane tickets and accommodation such that they can canceled/shifted with a minimum fee. We would like to have our workshop as an in person event. If the pandemic situation becomes too severe at the beginning of Nov, there will be the possibility to postpone our workshop to May 2023. Anyhow, let us keep fingers crossed that everything will work out as planed at the moment.
