Description

After almost 25 years at the Siemens Campus in Munich Neuperlach, the Semiconductor Laboratory of the Max Planck Society moved to a brand new building at the Garching Research Center. We are now part of this vibrant campus with world leading institutes and institutions for research and development in physics and engineering.

We would like to invite you to the inauguration of the new Semiconductor Laboratory. The event will take place at the Science Congress Center Munich with an official ceremony on October 7, 2024 and a scientific symposium on semiconductor physics and technology on October 8, 2024.

For your information and entertainment, please see here the video of our lab.
